Shari Hampton

Shari Hampton is an experienced administrative professional, office manager, and regional program coordinator with more than a decade of experience in these types of roles. She comes to the Greenville ENC Alliance from the Eastern Area Health Education Center in Greenville where she helped to provide continuing education to medical professionals. In addition to programming and administration, throughout her 20-year professional career she has also worked as a bank teller, kindergarten teacher, merchandiser, and long-term care staff coordinator. Regardless of the position, she has always believed in providing an exceptional customer service experience to every client and stakeholder. She values collaboration, hard work, and reliability. Shari holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Mount Olive in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Diversity Professional from the Society for Diversity & Institute for Diversity Certification. She lives in Ayden with her rescue dog, Dexter, and her other pets: cats, chickens, and a ferret. Originally from Shawnee, Oklahoma, she arrived to Pitt County after living abroad in Germany and also in Texas and Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her adult children, family, and friends.
