Narges McCarren

Narges McCarren has a wealth of experience and expertise within industry research and manufacturing. Her extensive cross-functional experience encompasses engineering product design, project management, materials, supply chain management, and quality control throughout several multinational industries. Equipped with a background in analytics, she most recently led economic and industry-related research projects for the Center for Automotive Research. Prior, she spent time in manufacturing, engineering, and product development roles at Hyster-Yale Group, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, and Ames Industries. Narges has also leveraged her multilingual capabilities and global technical expertise as a mechanical engineer at University of Niederrhein and Thyssen Krupp Steel Europe, both in Germany. She has also served as an adjunct instructor at East Carolina University, teaching engineering graphics courses. Narges holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from East Carolina University, complementing her Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Niederrhein University in Germany. In her free time, Narges has a green thumb and a knack for organization. She finds joy in planting indoor greenery and creating beautifully organized spaces. Additionally, she immerses herself in the world of books, learns about new technologies, enjoys the challenge of 3D puzzles, and indulges in various handcrafted activities that allow her to unleash creativity.
