Greenville – ENC Alliance Capital Campaign Goes Public

Greenville, NC – Earlier this year, Greenville – ENC Alliance, Pitt County’s new public-private economic development partnership, set a goal to raise $2.75 million to fund its five-year strategic initiative to secure new capital investment, create jobs and grow the local economy. The Alliance will present the five-year program of work and launch the public phase of the capital campaign at a kickoff reception on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Greenville.


Several early pledges have put the Greenville – ENC Alliance’s inaugural capital campaign on course for success. Early investors and the total amount pledged to date will be announced at the event.


Lance Clark and Thomas Taft, Jr. are co-chairing the capital campaign and will host the reception. Other speakers include Michael Overton, Greenville – ENC Alliance board chair, and Dr. Ron Mitchelson, East Carolina University Provost and acting chancellor.
